1. Your account is accessible on a PC (or mobile) web browser. Open the streaming channel website in a new browser window or look for the channel you subscribed to from the list on the bottom of this page and click on the channel logo/icon to open the channel in a new web browser.

2. Click LOGIN on the top right corner of the streaming channel window.

3. Enter your USERNAME (email address) and PASSWORD and press LOGIN.

4. After you successfully login, you can watch movies (ad-free) and manage your account.  Account management includes things like changing your password, updating your subscription and credit card, and canceling your account.  If you are unable to login, please read the Password Reset section of this website.

4. A confirmation message will prompt you to check your email containing a temporary password.

5. Steps to take if you did not receive an email:

• Check your spam folder.
• If you still did not receive an email, then repeat the above steps with a different email address (or check the spelling of the first email address you entered).  The email address you enter must match the email used to signup for your account.

You can cancel your account anytime by logging into your streaming channel account and choosing the CANCEL ACCOUNT option. Below are detailed steps to cancel your account:

1. Look for the channel you subscribed to from the list on the bottom of this page and click on the channel logo/icon to open the channel in a new web browser.

2. Click LOGIN on the top right corner of your browser (in the new tab that opened with your movie streaming channel).

3. Enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD and press LOGIN.

4. Click MY ACCOUNT on the top right corner of your browser window

5. Click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.

6. Click OK on the popup window to confirm your account cancelation. Please note that this popup window may appear differently depending on your operating system and browser type.
